For over 10 years CRYSTAL works with a quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008 which is annually reviewed by the German Society for Certification of Management Systems (DQS) in statutory audits.

Our aim is to ensure the advancement and maintenance of our quality management system to guarantee enduring customer satisfaction. We attach importance to the improvement of the expertise of our staff, documentation and constant monitoring of all quality-relevant processes and the permanent traceability in the production. CRYSTAL imposes high quality demands on itself and its suppliers and continually verifies the quality of the raw materials used.
